You all know me as an avid scuba diver, but I started loving the water at a very early age. This is me manning the tiller at our family's first trip to the Bahamas in 1971.

Believe it or not, I once had a swimmer's body. This is me at the NVSL Divisional swim meet in 1979. I used to swim for the Lakevale Dolphins from 1971 to the time I graduated high school in 1980, making All-Star five times (I even have two records standing from 1980!)

Back in 1998 we sent Bob Ferry off to matrimony with a bachelor party in South Beach, Florida. While there, we took a morning to do some deep-sea fishing and caught a beautiful four-foot mahi-mahi, which we took back to the hotel and devoured.

Joanne Opitz and I spent a lot of time together when she was living in Annapolis in the summer of 1997. Here's us at the annual Jazzfest.

For my money, the only thing better than owning a boat is having friends who own a boat. Here's me, Ray Voight, and Kelley Beachell on Ray's boat, the Field Office.

Every year while he was living in Virginia, Paul Boyer found time to organize a paintball outing for his buddies to shoot each other to pieces in the hills of Leesburg, VA. Here are Boyer's Destroyers in 2000.
